Using my proven CLEAR framework (Clarity, Limitations, Evolution, Action, Resilience), each coaching journey is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual.

This programme is built on my exclusive five-step framework, drawing on my extensive training in Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Life Coaching and Self-Love Coaching, as well as decades of experience across diverse sectors and industries. From small, privately owned businesses to large multinational corporations, self-employment, and the public sector, I’ve navigated a wide variety of work environments and encountered the full spectrum of professional dynamics and personalities. The following are examples of themes explored within the CLEAR Coaching Programme© framework. However each coaching engagement is fully tailored to align with the unique needs of the individual and the organisation. 


Clarity 

Establishing where you are (or your employee is) and where you want to go 

  • Defining key objectives (personal, professional, and organisational) 
  • Assessing current circumstances; identifying career anchors and gaps

  • Tailored coaching sessions (the number and frequency of sessions will be agreed in advance)
  • Email follow up after each session to the coachee

 Not every professional challenge fits into a structured programme—and not every coaching engagement needs to. That’s why I also offer tailored, stand-alone coaching packages designed to meet you or your team exactly where you are.


Whether you're an individual seeking support through a specific challenge, or an organisation looking to provide targeted development for a team member, this flexible approach allows us to focus on what’s most pressing—without committing to a full programme.


This option is ideal for:

Hi, I'm Siobhán...

I developed the the CLEAR Coaching Programme© framework from both personal insight and professional experience. After spending years navigating different roles across sectors—including corporate, public, and self-employed environments—I came to recognise a recurring pattern: changing roles or environments doesn’t always lead to fulfilment if deeper challenges go unaddressed.

That realisation, along with my extensive training in Executive, Career, and Life Coaching, led me to design a structured yet flexible framework to support professionals in uncovering what’s truly driving their dissatisfaction or disengagement—and in building sustainable change.

CLEAR is a five-step coaching framework that helps individuals gain clarity, shift limiting mindsets, evolve with purpose, take aligned action, and build lasting resilience.
