I developed the the CLEAR Coaching Programme© framework from both personal insight and professional experience. After spending years navigating different roles across sectors—including corporate, public sector and self-employed environments—I came to recognise a recurring pattern: changing roles or environments doesn’t always lead to fulfilment if deeper challenges go unaddressed.
That realisation, along with my extensive training in Executive, Career, and Life Coaching, led me to design a structured yet flexible framework to support professionals in uncovering what’s truly driving their dissatisfaction or disengagement—and in building sustainable change.
My CLEAR Coaching Programme© is a five-step coaching framework that helps individuals gain clarity, shift limiting mindsets, evolve with purpose, take aligned action, and build lasting resilience. It's grounded in real-world experience and tailored to meet each person where they are—whether they’re at the start of their career or in a senior role.
